How Can I Help?

Each client has their own unique qualities and needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients overcome challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, behavioral issues and coping with daily life. I can also help to navigate the complexities of mental health while achieving lasting change and emotional well-being. 

What is Therapy?

Therapy provides a unique relationship and a context to help you manage life’s varied challenges. It can provide a greater understanding of yourself, your important relationships and what changes may help you. Therapy provides a forum and skills to help understand what you’re feeling, why and how to cope. The experiences and events we have in our past can shape our beliefs, behaviors and attitudes, which can impact our present and future actions. Making the decision to learn from your past and apply it to your present will allow you to live the life that you were meant to live.
