A set of guiding principles that recognizes the complex impact of trauma on an individual's well-being and how it shapes a person's ability to cope. I work to promote an environment of healing and recovery by meeting in a safe, collaborative and compassionate manner while building on your strengths and resilience.

Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples is an evidence-based therapy based in attachment and emotion theories. Couples build strong, healthy relationships by exploring and changing emotional dynamics to enhance mutual understanding and closeness.
